All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location:

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery at suvereal@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
